Germany‘s training system would never function were it not for the tireless efforts of the IHK examiners. Our two colleagues, Robert Hennemann (left), operational manager in driving personnel management, and Carsten Harms, who looks after our future professional drivers, are also aware of this. For this reason, both have been volunteering as examiners at the Oldenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for many years, where they have been passing on their knowledge to the next generation and, thereby, have been smoothing the way for junior staff into professional life.
