The company’s own L.I.T. Solutions GmbH was founded. The aim of the new company is to give our own projects even more professionalism through highly efficient management in order to fulfil the increased demands on the market even better. The cross-industry team supports colleagues throughout the entire project process – from calculation to implementation. Klaas Lange has been appointed Managing Director of L.I.T. Solutions GmbH. Authorisations to act were also granted to the senior project managers Maria Koczy and Sebastian Luks.

Solutions GmbH, we guarantee our customers even more professional and comprehensive support throughout the entire project, even across industries,” says our board member and Managing Director of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH, Simeon Breuer. The newly founded Solutions GmbH with its current eight employees has emerged from the successful Business Engineering department of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH and acts as an interface to all stakeholders involved.

Complete project management from a single source

This independent unit within our group of companies becomes active when a project request is extremely extensive or complex and cannot be directly integrated into the structure of an existing line organisation. The Solutions GmbH team of experts takes on the entire project management, from conceptualisation to customer support after the launch. Klaas Lange, Managing Director of Solutions, says: “One of the key advantages for the customer is that there is always a contact person available. The team is in regular dialogue with a project owner in the respective operational unit at L.I.T.”

With the new business unit, cross-industry projects can be realised with immediate effect. The team manages transport projects as well as requests for intralogistics and can thus provide services along the entire value chain – from the development of a traileryard to contract logistics for a confectionery manufacturer. “We offer highly efficient project management from a single source, which enables us to fulfil our customers’ individual requirements even more specifically,” Lange assures us.
